So I am totally out of the loop. A friend told me at Otakon this weekend that Episode III comes out at the end of THIS MONTH. Holy crapbuckets. I need to finish up a couple other games right quick. No more Guild Wars for me for a little while. It doesn't look like the game has been listed on Amazon yet, but the strategy guide has:

Release date of August 23, so the game itself must be coming out right around then. EBGames has it listed for release on the 29th. How did I not know about this? I gotta pay more attention. And I gotta call around to see if there are pre-order goodies or anything.

Wed, August 23, 2006 - 3:38 AMSorry for the last-minute-ness. I ended up pre-ordering online at ebgames.com. The price has gone down to $40 and they are the only place I've found openly advertising the art book. I have asked like 10 different EBStops and all of them said about the same thing "well I THINK we're getting the art book." That's not quite good enough for me, so I'll settle with paying a shipping cost to make sure that I actually get the goodies.
The wikipedia entry on Xenosaga III claims that other stores will be receiving either a life-size poster of T-Elos or an alternate version of the box art, but I can find NO other websites that corroborate this. If anyone has any sold information on this, PLEASE let me know. -

Fri, August 25, 2006 - 10:23 PMI just beat Xenosaga 1 (after 30 fricken hours) going to start Xenosaga 2 tommororw and then getting Xenosaga 3 on the 30th (I think that is when it came out) However not going to play it until I beat Xenosage 2 lol.
Love the ending in Xenosaga 1.

Sat, August 26, 2006 - 6:23 AMI did play Xenogears, a very very long time ago, so I probably didn't get the hint. I remember getting to the very end of Xenogears and was stuck becuase i couldn't go back to level my char becuase they were not high enough to beat the bad guy in the floating area.
